Meeting of the COST project group

A meeting of developers in the field of new opportunities in printed media and packaging in combination with digital technologies took place in November 2013 at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering in Ljubljana. The objective of the meeting, organised by European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST), was to promote the advantages of combining classic and digital printing. 

Barbara Sušin, R&D NT programme manager, had a lot to share with her developer colleagues, as she introduced the process of successfully combining classic printing with digital development in all four selling pillars. Her presentation was based on innovative printing while connecting analogue and digital printing. She also spoke about Cetis projects, such as printed electronics, financed from EU funds.

Sušin says that such meetings are very motivating, as they offer an opportunity to make contacts and seek new possibilities of cooperating on EU projects.
